Refund policy

RETURNS

At Legology we hope that you are delighted with your order and our service. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 working days of delivery. The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and you retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. 

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly. We cannot accept returned items which were not purchased from our online store.
