Capture your transformation

First things first - take a before photo to document your progress.

Ask someone to take the photos for you or set a timer on your phone and position yourself in front of the camera.

Take your photo in natural light with a plain background. Take photos of the front, sides and back of your legs.

Take photos during your journey - after 1 week, 1 month etc.

Take an after photo using the same clothing, lighting and camera position as before.
