At Legology we hope that you are delighted with your order and our service. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 working days of delivery. The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and you retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. 

It can take up to 14 working days from when your return reaches our warehouse for us to process it and issue your refund. We’ll send you a confirmation email, but please allow up to 5 working days for the money to appear in your bank account.

Products purchased as a set or bundle can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items. 

Neither Legology nor our suppliers or contract manufacturer test product or individual ingredients on animals.

The Legology formulas combine natural and chemical ingredients. Our products are free from phthalates, sulphates and parabens. Cellu-Lite oil, however, is a completely natural blend of aromatherapy oils.

Once the product has been opened please see the Product After Opening symbol on the bottle (typically 6-12 months). Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

We recommend body brushing daily, before, during or after a shower. It should only take a minute, brushing in swift, light strokes upwards from ankles to hips and wrists to shoulders.

Yes Legology is not just for legs, our products can be used over all of your body.

We recommend our targeted product, Cellu-Lite oil, for cellulite. You apply the
oil directly to areas of cellulite. The benefits of Cellu-Lite can be maximised, however, by an application of our contouring lymphatic drainage cream, Air-Lite, applied over the oil and to the entire leg.

Our clinical studies have shown that results can be seen within four weeks of using all of our products. However, if you are daily body brushing you will see results to the smoothness, softness and vitality of your skin immediately.

We recommend layering the products like this: Body brush first before, during or after a shower.  Follow with an application of Cellu-Lite oil to affected areas and use the cup over the oil. After cupping apply Air-Lite to the entire leg and over the oil.  Or apply Peach-Lite to your buttocks and over an application of Cellu-Lite oil. 

We recommend daily body brushing, from ankles to hips and wrists to shoulders, before, during of after a shower. Body brushing should be done with swift, light strokes and take no more than a minute.
We recommend using the cup with Cellu-Lite oil daily after a shower over areas of cellulite. Close the open end, rest the cup on your skin and release it, allowing skin to gather inside the cup, then drag the cup gently up over your skin in lines. You'll see the greatest benefits if you repeat over the same lines several times. This should take no more than 10 minutes.

Legology is a beauty brand so we are not able to make medical claims. However, many of our customers who experience lymphoedema have found that Air-Lite and Jelly-Lite provide the comfort and coolness that brings relief to heavy limbs.

Absolutely. All of our products should be gentle enough to be tolerated by even the most sensitive skin types as, while powerful, our formulas do not contain aggressive ingredients that can potentially cause irritation. However, as individuals we all react differently and some may react negatively to any ingredient. For example, some may find they are sensitive to natural ingredients like essential oils or fruit extracts, so we display the full product ingredients on the product pages of our website and our packaging to enable customers to make an informed choice before purchase. Even the mildest formulas can cause a reaction for some, however, so if you are concerned about compatibility we recommend patch testing a small amount of the product on the inside skin of the wrist area to ascertain its compatibility.

There is no evidence that any of our products or tools aggravate varicose or spider/thread veins. However, if you are still concerned or have recently had surgery, you might swap the body brush for a lightly abrasive mitt like Buff-Lite that gives a gentler stimulation to lymph, and avoid cupping. 

Both the inner and outer packaging of our leg care products is recyclable. Our jars, tubes and pumps are made from recyclable plastic and glass. Our cartons are made with recyclable certified carbon balanced paper approved by the World Land Trust.  Lymph-Lite, our body brush, is made with natural, recyclable cactus fibres, sustainable wood and cotton; it does not contain any plastic. Our massage cup Circu-Lite is silicone and not recyclable. 

We recommend using our products on clean, untreated skin.  So we would recommend either using Legology at a different time of day to when you apply HRT - so in the evening if you apply HRT in the morning, or in the morning if you apply HRT in the evening, or applying your HRT to a different area of your body (ie upper arms or stomach) to that which you apply Legology.
